Refund Still Pending After Poor Service Experience

Placed an order and waited a week with no communication. I followed up and was then informed of a production delay. I requested a refund four days ago and was told it’s being processed, but I’m still waiting. I’ve since had to reach out via Instagram due to no response on email.
