Facial products not delivered

I have made an order for my facial products on the 16th March 2026 and i was told they will deliver within 7 business days, i made follow ups regarding my order and i was told they are sorry for the delay and assured me that if they can't deliver on Thursday the 26th March they will refund, i am still awaiting they communication currently with no one picking calls or responding my emails.
