Hi All, I would like to provide additional information regarding our experience with Royal Catering and Event Supply. We purchased an ice cream machine from them on 7 November 2025 for the amount of R19,000. We were assured that delivery would take place on Monday, 10 November 2025. Upon following up, we were informed that the courier was delayed and that a waybill would be provided shortly. We continued to follow up daily, but after four days of receiving the same explanation, we became concerned. Since then, each time we contact them for an update, our calls are either dropped or no longer answered. They are now refusing to take our calls or issue a refund

They confirmed receipt of the money, and that was the last time they were honest. Two months later (October 2025), we are left with nothing. They have blocked every number and are completely ignoring our pleas for the items or even a full refund. They have taken advantage of us after we trusted them with our savings. We will continue to expose this company.

In August 2025 we purchased the Roadshow combo from Royal Catering & Events Supplies after making the payment we called and the sales manager confirmed that they received the money, that was the last time they spoke to us. It is now October 2025, we are still begging and pleading with them. They have since been blocking our calls and ignoring requests for any updated or delivery of the items or even a refund. We have been begging to no avail. They took our money and disappeared. This is so sad because we saved up for months to afford the gazebos, tables and chairs only for Royal Catering & Events Supplies to take advantage of us. We will keep posting and spreading awareness about this company. They have to be stopped.
