Communication Breakdown: After payment was made and the delivery failed, all communication channels (WhatsApp, email, and potentially phone) were abruptly blocked by the entity receiving the funds.

Deceptive Practice: The entity is using the name "Royal Catering & Events Supplies" while exhibiting practices that align with a **** or *****ulent operation. We strongly suspect the positive online reviews associated with this entity are manipulated or fabricated, likely forming part of the broader pattern of deceptive business practices.

We request an immediate and full refund of the [R88700 paid for the undelivered goods. Failure to issue a refund within a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 7 business days] will result in us escalating this matter to relevant legal authorities and consumer protection agencies.
