UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

In August 2025 we purchased the Roadshow combo from Royal Catering & Events Supplies after making the payment we called and the sales manager confirmed that they received the money, that was the last time they spoke to us. It is now October 2025, we are still begging and pleading with them. They have since been blocking our calls and ignoring requests for any updated or delivery of the items or even a refund. We have been begging to no avail. They took our money and disappeared. This is so sad because we saved up for months to afford the gazebos, tables and chairs only for Royal Catering & Events Supplies to take advantage of us. We will keep posting and spreading awareness about this company. They have to be stopped.

THIS IS OUR INVOICE NUMBER INV-000302 dated 07 August 2025.Just incase they feel any remorse and decide to reimburse us🥹😭. PLEASE!!!
