Hi All,

I would like to provide additional information regarding our experience with Royal Catering and Event Supply. We purchased an ice cream machine from them on 7 November 2025 for the amount of R19,000. We were assured that delivery would take place on Monday, 10 November 2025.

Upon following up, we were informed that the courier was delayed and that a waybill would be provided shortly. We continued to follow up daily, but after four days of receiving the same explanation, we became concerned. Since then, each time we contact them for an update, our calls are either dropped or no longer answered. They are now refusing to take our calls or issue a refund
