Terrible service from Richfield , they don respond to emails and whatsapp. I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding the institution's ongoing failure to issue my official academic transcript. Despite my repeated attempts to access and download my transcript via the iEnabler portal, the platform remains non-functional and inaccessible. Richfield is fully aware that the iEnabler portal is currently down and not serving students as required, yet no alternative manual or administrative system has been provided to process my request in a timely manner. The delay in receiving my transcript is placing my academic and professional future at risk. Academic transcripts are vital official documents, and the responsibility to provide them efficiently lies with the institution, regardless of technical disruptions on self-service portals.

The lecturers are knowledgeable, supportive, and take the time to make sure we understand difficult topics and help us understand code, The computer labs and campus facilities are modern and I like that we have access to on campus tech without needing to bring my laptop. Between the social activities and helpful staff, it is a great learning environment
