Exceptional service from start to finish! My advisor, Noluthando, was professional, knowledgeable, and had such a warm, engaging way about her that made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Clear communication, regular updates, and a genuine pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience with Renew-it Sandton and Renew-it Bedford My experience with Renew-it has been extremely disappointing and stressful, particularly with both the Sandton and Bedford branches. What should have been a straightforward vehicle repair process after an accident turned into months of frustration, poor communication, questionable workmanship and an experience that completely destroyed my confidence in the company. My insurance claim was approved in May 2026, and my vehicle was sent to Renew-it Sandton for repairs. I was without my vehicle for approximately three months, which had a significant impact on me because I could not afford private transport. When I eventually had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle, I was extremely unhappy with the quality of the repairs and the condition in which the vehicle had been repaired. The problems I identified included: * The bonnet was uneven and not properly aligned. * The bonnet near the headlight had not been fitted properly. * The left headlight was chipped. * The right side of the bumper appeared to have been repaired using glue. * The bumper was not properly aligned around the wheel arches. * I was informed that second-hand parts had been used on my vehicle. * I was also told that some of the old headlight components were to be reused, despite the damage to the vehicle. This was not what I expected when my vehicle was sent in for accident repairs. I raised my concerns because I expected the vehicle to be repaired properly and returned to me in an acceptable condition. Instead, I found myself having to continuously follow up and deal with issues surrounding the repairs and the handling of my vehicle. After all the problems I experienced at the Sandton branch, I was eventually offered the option of having the vehicle moved to another Renew-it branch closer to where I stay. I agreed to this because I hoped the situation would finally be resolved. Unfortunately, my experience with Renew-it Bedford was equally frustrating. When I went to Renew-it Bedford, I was shocked to discover that they could not even locate my vehicle. After already being without my car for such a long period and dealing with numerous problems with the repairs, arriving at another branch and being told that my vehicle could not be found was completely unacceptable. At that point, my frustration had reached its limit. I no longer had confidence that my vehicle was being handled properly or that further repairs through Renew-it would resolve the situation. I made it clear that I wanted my vehicle stripped of the repairs that had been done and returned to me in the condition it was in after the accident, rather than continuing with repairs that I was no longer comfortable with. The entire experience was exhausting. I understand that accidents happen and that repairs can sometimes take time, but customers should not have to deal with questionable workmanship, poor communication, difficulties locating their vehicle and repeatedly chasing for answers. What was particularly disappointing was that I entrusted Renew-it with my vehicle expecting professional workmanship and proper care. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated, inconvenienced and completely dissatisfied with the way my vehicle and concerns were handled. My experience with both Renew-it Sandton and Renew-it Bedford was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Renew-it based on my experience. I hope the company takes customer complaints seriously and improves its communication, vehicle tracking, quality control and accountability, because no customer should have to go through what I experienced simply to have their vehicle repaired after an accident.
