Discontinue qualification without proper communication
Good day Shuaib, Thank you for your response and clarification. However, I would like to understand why I was advised to proceed with the application and registration, and to make payment for the two outstanding modules, if it was not possible for me to complete them. Had I been informed earlier that this would not be permitted, I would have been able to consider alternative options. While I understand that the institution's policies must be followed, I kindly request that my circumstances be taken into consideration. Completing my Higher Certificate is important for both my professional and personal development. In particular, I have a promotion opportunity that has been placed on hold due to the outstanding completion of my qualification. I have also been granted time until the end of the year to submit my Statement of Results. Furthermore, I have already submitted all required assignments and completed the quizzes for both modules. I have also been preparing for the upcoming examinations and remain fully committed to successfully completing these courses. I sincerely wish to continue with the modules, as obtaining this qualification will have a significant positive impact on my career progression and future opportunities. An online Business School or A ****...
I wrote my Management Account Exam in July 2026. Marks awarded were no satisfactory. I app**** for a review, then remarking after paying a fee. The marks awarded after all these processes, did not make sense as the reasons differed from feedback received from the Exam Department. For closure , to learn from my mistake and do better in future exams - I requested a copy of my script and was informed that Regent Business School does not share exam scripts with student as per organizational policy. I requested a copy of the organizational policy to align myself. To date no feedback has been received neither Nandi Cele (Student Companion), Olusegun Adesile (Programme Coordinator) or Reshana Bharuth (very abrasive and rude) Due to this back and forth - I could not re-register for this module due to the registration being closed (this will cost me an additional plus R5000) The objective herein is not to pass at all cost - But to understand the reasons I was awarded the marks and to learn from this encounter for future exams. I have all my communications with Regent Business School Documented. I feel the treatment I received from Regent Business School is unfair and is not meant to support student development. I feel they can fail any student, don't avail backings on the improvement required to pass and improve. The student will be forced to re-register. The reason for enrolment is to complete the course.

Cant complain about service if there is no service
I have never in my entire life came across a school that fails all students throughout every single department. From admin to accounts to lecturers to support. This is 1 school where all staff are are as *********** as the other. No one knows how to respond to mails. No one knows what is going on. When asking questions and they cant answer you get kicked out of webinars. Not one single student support peraon is helpfull. I can get my entire 1st year class to comment.No one gets back to you. And every single person has a different story when they do decide to reply. And if they dont know how to reply... They ignore your mails straight out.....Lecturers cant lecture they can read... But so can i... They cant answer questions... Communication barriers in every sense....Except here... Here they respond quick. No backbone, promises filled with lies. Regent is a chasing money school. Not al all about the students. They sell you every promise and them come short every time... Similar to our parlimant. No wonder most bcom 1st years are moving to other schools next year. I can write a book. What a terrible school. Well living up to south african standards I guess.

Bursary paid, but my account is still blocked
I am extremely disappointed with the way my account has been handled. My bursary payment has been made, but I am still unable to access my results because my account remains blocked. I was specifically promised that the block would be removed on Monday after 15:00 and that I would then be able to view my results. It is now Tuesday, and I am still waiting. I have contacted the institution several times and have been patient throughout this process, but I keep receiving promises without the issue actually being resolved. Students should not have to continuously follow up for access to their academic results when payment has already been made. I am requesting that my account be unblocked urgently and that I be given access to my results without any further delays.

Terrible communication and zero support from accounts and bursary
I am extremely frustrated with the complete lack of service from this institution. I have sent emails and called the accounts and bursary departments multiple times, including three calls today alone, and nobody answers or responds. I have already submitted my proof of payment, yet my account remains uncleared and I cannot view my results. It is unacceptable to ignore students who have paid and are simply trying to access what belongs to them. Please escalate this and clear my account immediately so I can see my results.

Modules paid but they will not want to release exam results!!
Good day, I know that this is a money making institution but please send me my results for first semester once exam results are out. All my first semester modules are paid up to date therefore I do not understand why you would keep my results for modules fully paid? Am a final year student and I am so over this institution. All you guys want is money. This is the same thing you did by wanting to keep my 1st and 2nd year transcript even though those years were fully paid and I called you out. It is severely unfair for one to pay their modules in full and still want to keep exam results away from them. That is not on!!!!!!!!!

Bad Service
I am really not happy with Regent Business School. I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management with them in 2025. My fees were paid in full. I told them I won't be able to attend the graduation ceremony so they must please send my certificate via the courier services. I was told I must wait after the May graduation and they will deliver the certificate. I send them an email again in June asking for them to deliver the certificate now I am told I must wait for the September/October graduation ceremony. I told them this is unfair because initially I was told to wait untill the May graduation ceremony is finish and they ignored me.
