Discontinue qualification without proper communication

However, I would like to understand why I was advised to proceed with the application and registration, and to make payment for the two outstanding modules, if it was not possible for me to complete them. Had I been informed earlier that this would not be permitted, I would have been able to consider alternative options. While I understand that the institution's policies must be followed, I kindly request that my circumstances be taken into consideration. Completing my Higher Certificate is important for both my professional and personal development. In particular, I have a promotion opportunity that has been placed on hold due to the outstanding completion of my qualification. I have also been granted time until the end of the year to submit my Statement of Results. Furthermore, I have already submitted all required assignments and completed the quizzes for both modules. I have also been preparing for the upcoming examinations and remain fully committed to successfully completing these courses. I sincerely wish to continue with the modules, as obtaining this qualification will have a significant positive impact on my career progression and future opportunities.
