RAIN : is it all a ****?

Can't complain about the service from RAIN, because there's none. Our whole area have been offline for days and days now, with people logging numerous tickets daily.. We are all obviously wasting our time (and our money), there is absolutely no feedback from the service desk, but I can promise you come end of month they want payment again. Buyers beware! Something is seriously amis with this provider.

We had to move our router to a different town to access RAIN on both our LTE and 4G accounts, please be aware of that when you look into this.
