Absa most propably the most unprofessional bank in the country?
Attempting to close out a ABSA credit card, first email from ABSA stated that I overpaid and need to be reimbursed, 10 unanswered emails and 10 automated case numbers later I received my latest credit report that state that I missed a payment on this acount that affected my credit score negatively. I have never in my life received such terrible and unprofessional service from a bank. (just emailed them again, and yes, just received yet another automated case number. Do I win a prize if I get to 20?)1 reply

Spammers of note
Spammers of note. I get at least 5 to 8 calls A DAY from Elite mobile, 7 out of 8 times they just drop the call, and one of the 8 times they want to sell me a contract I do not want. How is this a workable business model? I did not give them permission to call me, and what they are doing borders on harassment.1 reply

RAIN : is it all a ****?
Can't complain about the service from RAIN, because there's none. Our whole area have been offline for days and days now, with people logging numerous tickets daily.. We are all obviously wasting our time (and our money), there is absolutely no feedback from the service desk, but I can promise you come end of month they want payment again. Buyers beware! Something is seriously amis with this provider.3 replies

Spoke to numerous sales people during the day, requesting more information on a listing they had on cars.co.za, with no joy. Could not even confirm the price with 3 different sales people! Finally spoke to a lady by the name of "Jane" that obviously forgot to put me on hold and asked somebody "if she can sell to a white guy" I'm quite happy to spend my "white" money somewhere else thank you.0 replies
