Complain
Im sick and tired of precision auto spray works. They dont know how to deal with clients and dont care about people or their company at large. They dont respond to calls or emails unless you complain , don’t update me on process unless i ask for updates and they give clear Eta of my car , they have no reason to delay me or ignore because they have been paid , i have been without my for far too long now and they don’t seem to care about that, they don’t take any accountability for their actions and i feel they don’t respect people’s assets , No one has ever called me to explain what is really happening unless i send an email , This is the most frustrating service, im losing income as i need that car and all they do is delay and ignore me

Poor service
Their service is poor, dropped my car on the 15 of January after my insurance chose them, the car was bumped on the back and is was told on the 27 of Jan that they placed an order for a certain part which is not available in SA & ETA is 21 days, so i called them last week for updatea ( i had to call for 3 times & fight on the 3rd time) then they said they recived the part my car is on qieue for repairs today i receivef an sms saying thay are still waiting for the ordered part to be delivered . I dont know if they prolong to claim for storage while im strughling for almost 2 months for a bump

Long Delays and Ongoing Issues Despite Repairs
Both my vehicles were eventually repaired, but it took far longer than promised, causing significant inconvenience. Even after multiple attempts, the repairs were still not 100% satisfactory, with remaining paint and fitting defects. I eventually took the cars back due to the excessive wait time, despite the issues not being fully resolved. Communication was poor throughout, and management did not provide clear timelines or solutions. I expect better professionalism and quality in the panel repair industry. Based on my experience, I would caution others about using this shop.
