Complain

Im sick and tired of precision auto spray works. They dont know how to deal with clients and dont care about people or their company at large.

They dont respond to calls or emails unless you complain , don’t update me on process unless i ask for updates and they give clear Eta of my car , they have no reason to delay me or ignore because they have been paid , i have been without my for far too long now and they don’t seem to care about that, they don’t take any accountability for their actions and i feel they don’t respect people’s assets ,

No one has ever called me to explain what is really happening unless i send an email ,

This is the most frustrating service, im losing income as i need that car and all they do is delay and ignore me
