Long Delays and Ongoing Issues Despite Repairs

Both my vehicles were eventually repaired, but it took far longer than promised, causing significant inconvenience. Even after multiple attempts, the repairs were still not 100% satisfactory, with remaining paint and fitting defects. I eventually took the cars back due to the excessive wait time, despite the issues not being fully resolved. Communication was poor throughout, and management did not provide clear timelines or solutions. I expect better professionalism and quality in the panel repair industry. Based on my experience, I would caution others about using this shop.
