Poor service

Their service is poor, dropped my car on the 15 of January after my insurance chose them, the car was bumped on the back and is was told on the 27 of Jan that they placed an order for a certain part which is not available in SA & ETA is 21 days, so i called them last week for updatea ( i had to call for 3 times & fight on the 3rd time) then they said they recived the part my car is on qieue for repairs today i receivef an sms saying thay are still waiting for the ordered part to be delivered . I dont know if they prolong to claim for storage while im strughling for almost 2 months for a bump
