Terrible Customer Service

I would like to bring a concern to your attention regarding the service I received at the Power Fashion branch in Margate. There was signage indicating that kids’ tops were 2 for R80. However, when I proceeded to the till, I was informed that the system no longer reflected the promotion. The cashier then called the manager, who advised—quite abruptly—that she would not override the price, even though the promotion was advertised and was only supposed to end today. She was unable to explain why the items were scanning at the normal price. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the level of service provided. As a customer, I expect that advertised promotions are honoured and that concerns are handled in a respectful and professional manner. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that this does not happen to other customers.

Ignored customer complaints

I laybyed my daughter some clothes last year then I got sick, I asked my sister to go collect the layby on my behalf with all the required documents and remaining cash. They turned her back saying only the owner of the layby can take it out. After I got well I went to enquire about it, I was told my layby has expired and I should count my loss because there's nothing they can do besides it's a hustle going through the paperwork looking for a layby that's less than half their salary when I went online to complain and enquire i was told I'd get answer within a week now I am being ignored both in-store and online

Ignored layby enquiries

They have ignored my enquiries about my layby both in store and online. They refused to give my sister my layby even when she presented all the necessary documents required and it expired. When I went to enquire the store manager said she can't do anything only the technician can.

Bad treatment

Good good I went to one of your store power city center polokwane yesterday, I had a layby and it has reached expiry date on the 2/10/2025 I was told to come back when the store is not busy because no one will go at the back to get the invoice,so my question is,is this how a customer is treated or how your stores operate why is the manager making his stuff shortage my problem.so what happens when the store becomes busy the whole month or every time I go there, and i explained to them that Im off today meaning this was the only chance i had.i feel like I was treated unfairly and it's not the first time he did this i wanted to cancel the very same layby he told me to come back in October which I did but then he tells me stories again
