Terrible Customer Service

I would like to bring a concern to your attention regarding the service I received at the Power Fashion branch in Margate.

There was signage indicating that kids’ tops were 2 for R80. However, when I proceeded to the till, I was informed that the system no longer reflected the promotion. The cashier then called the manager, who advised—quite abruptly—that she would not override the price, even though the promotion was advertised and was only supposed to end today. She was unable to explain why the items were scanning at the normal price.

This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the level of service provided. As a customer, I expect that advertised promotions are honoured and that concerns are handled in a respectful and professional manner.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that this does not happen to other customers.
