I received excellent service
I received excellent service. From the easiest way of submitting a claim and when requesting assistance the operator from the call center was so friendly. PG glass kept in touch and when their mobile unit was out on an emergency they went the extra mile to fetch my car from work and brought it back. I trusted them 100% they were so professional and friendly. We need more service like this in our Rainbow nation. Thanks you all.

I received excellent service
I received excellent service. From the easiest way of submitting a claim and when requesting assistance the operator from the call center was so friendly. Epic Windscreen failure
Getting a simple windscreen fitted an absolute shambles , had to call PG Glass on three separate occasions to confirm a booking time after they told me it would be sent via SMS , only to be given the run around and told they need to confirm with a mythical person called the optimizer who is never available to take the call , pathetic. 3 calls and I still dont have a time when they will come

Bad service
I am kindly writing to complain about the poor service that I have been receiving from PG glass Allen's Nek. My claim was paid on the 26 of September and till today they failed to replace my windscreen. I really am not happy with how they assist their customers and not give us the best value for our money. Today I called the PG Glass call center and apparently there were no bookings that were done for me for today but I received a text to confirm my address for booking done

Terrible service, no follow up and totally useless. Regarding my insurance claim with inspection on 1 October. Not only putting the phone down on my more than twice but also lying with regards to the status of the glass order and delivery - this includes Nompulelelo Maluka (PG Glass agent) saying she did order the glass and she will phone me for feedback on 16 October and the glass will be replaced on 16 October as well (she never phoned and cut me off when I phoned her and just said no she was busy) then Mr Padiachy (a so called supervisor) ensured that he will phone me on the following Monday (19 October) to confirm that the glass is delivered at Club Motors and that the replacement will be completed, but he was not even working and no one phoned me for feedback and when I phone the King Price/PG Glass helpline they keep saying they will get an update and phone me back which no one did.

I paid PG glass and they didn't help me
I went to replace windscreen, after paying my Fees they said we can't help you becouse your money is not reflect on their account(Still Pending) I called my bank n she confirm, I give them my statement they refuse to help. I return and go back following day.... I was disappointed xem

Terrible
I have put in a claim for a front windscreen,I has been 2 weeks and nothing happened, called them apparently they are still waiting for a windscreen. I have called other glass companies they told me next day fitment.
