Helpdesk - No helpful resolution at all...
Where is the 0 Star? Paycity is unable to resolve a simple request, being an incorrect name on their system. Been struggling for over a week to get it resolved, mails going back and forth but it is like the lights are on but nobody's home. Utterly disappointing service from them. Total inability to assist with a simple request. No joy whatsoever...

I received a SMS with a message that I have outstanding fine of R200, saw a link of paycity but there is a total amount of R230 instead of the R200 on the SMS. I'm registered on Fines SA so I logged in there to find the same fine appearing there at the amount of R200. I paid the R200 so I do not know who's going to give paycity an extra R30 because on Fines SA I do not have any outstanding fines or fees.

Paycity **** on-line for fines BE AWARE WARNING
BEWARE there is an on-line **** working at Paycity, We received a physical traffic fine from traffic officer on the road on 2 Aug 2026, On 13 Aug we received an on-line notification from "Paycity" of a fine.. similar to the 1 received, but with several incorrect details. Name was incorrect , ID was incorrect and the Rand amount had DOUBLED..with an option to pay discounted amount within 32 days. We paid the original actual physical fine at the Post office, got a receipt. PLEASE NOTE and be very AWARE of this **** circulating, several other people I know have received the same. Dont get knee-jerk reaction and just pay on-line. Check details first correctly WARNING !!

PayCity - *****ing money or what?
I wanted to give it less than a star, but unfortunately I cannot. I received a traffic fine notification from PayCity on 23 June 2026. The fine was paid through their link supp**** on the website, and I paid it. I still receive the same notification almost daily. I made contact with PayCity, supplying them with the proof of payment and everything they requested. Almost a month later, I still receive this notification. The only thing I am made aware of is that it is escalated. The way it looks now is that PayCity is taking people's money for fines they have paid, leaving them confused, and still wants more payments. One thing is for sure: I will never make use of their services again and will advise any other person to do the same.

I've been receiving messages saying I owe a traffic fine in Polokwane and I've never been in that place in my life and the car on that Pic is not ever mine even the license plate it's not mine, first it was a messages saying I owe a Limpopo municipality and this, when I try to talk them they say I should go to Polokwane magistrate court to dispute.
