Where is the 0 Star?

Paycity is unable to resolve a simple request, being an incorrect name on their system.

Been struggling for over a week to get it resolved, mails going back and forth but it is like the lights are on but nobody's home.

Utterly disappointing service from them. Total inability to assist with a simple request.

No joy whatsoever...
