I received a SMS with a message that I have outstanding fine of R200, saw a link of paycity but there is a total amount of R230 instead of the R200 on the SMS. I'm registered on Fines SA so I logged in there to find the same fine appearing there at the amount of R200. I paid the R200 so I do not know who's going to give paycity an extra R30 because on Fines SA I do not have any outstanding fines or fees.

We do apologise for the frustration experienced in this matter. Please be advised that there is an convenience fee when making payment on payCity and therefore when you added the fine to your basket it added the R30. If you have paid through FinesSA then they will update the fine accordingly.
