Based on recent customer reviews, Parmalat is facing consistent dissatisfaction across its dairy range. Shoppers describe cheddar and Gouda that crumbles or refuses to melt, cheese slices tasting spicy or chemical, yoghurt that is mouldy, runny or underfilled, and milk and Steri Stumpie souring well before the best before date. Packaging shortfalls such as missing slices and missing tubs add frustration. Rejected till slips on the cheese competition and unanswered emails to head office compound matters, with several once loyal supporters now switching brands.

Disappointing product
Imagine buying cheese from a brand you trust, only to open the packet and discover white particles all over the cheese. When I raised the concern, I was told that this was caused by the cheese being left out of the fridge. This is simply not true. Anyone fami**** with cheese knows that when it is left out of the fridge, it generally becomes harder and changes to a darker yellow colour. It does not develop white particles like what is clearly visible in the attached images. The butter and other products I purchased at the same time were perfectly fine and were stored under the same conditions, which makes the explanation even more difficult to understand. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and with the response to a genuine food-quality concern. This cheese is purchased for an NPO where it is consumed by young children, so food safety and quality are extremely important to us. After this experience, I would advise consumers to think carefully before purchasing this brand. I expected better quality and, more importantly, a proper investigation into what happened. Please see the attached images showing the white particles on the cheese.

False advertising
I bought parmalat sliced mozzarella cheese 24 pack On the packaging it clearly states 24 which is (2 sections of 12) individually wrapped slices of cheese guess what to my surprise i bought it last night opened it and used 5 slices this morning i used another 5 slices which in total is 10 unless I was left behind when they change 5+5=10 to 5+5=12 so i decided to count the remaining slices and well please tell me why is there only 10 slices left if my calculations are correct that is 20 where is the other 4 which you actually get charged for and which is calculated in the weight of the product which is 24x16.7g= 400g so we pay for something we don't have false packaging and falls advertising at it's best

I purchased a 6 pack milk from checksave in Phoenix plaza yesterday around 4:30 and when i reached home i unpacked it and the milk was expired and one of the milk box had half milk even though it was sealed. I then went back to the store today only to be told that they cannot assist and i need to come back when the rep comes in. Im healing from a broken leg and i made thr manager aware of this but he was very inconsiderate. I still have the milk and my receipt but no feedback

Complaint Regarding Cheddar Cheese Quality
I recently purchased two 900g cheeses that were on your "Buy 2" promotional special. Unfortunately, I have experienced the same problem with both cheddar cheeses. They do not melt properly at all. I have tried using the cheese in a snackwich maker as well as in the oven, and in both cases the cheese simply softens slightly but does not melt as cheddar cheese normally should. As both cheeses from the promotion have the same issue, I am concerned that there may be a quality problem with this batch. Could you please advise how this matter can be resolved? I have kept the packaging and can provide the batch number and proof of purchase if required.
