Complaint Regarding Cheddar Cheese Quality
I recently purchased two 900g cheeses that were on your "Buy 2" promotional special.
Unfortunately, I have experienced the same problem with both cheddar cheeses. They do not melt properly at all. I have tried using the cheese in a snackwich maker as well as in the oven, and in both cases the cheese simply softens slightly but does not melt as cheddar cheese normally should.
As both cheeses from the promotion have the same issue, I am concerned that there may be a quality problem with this batch.
Could you please advise how this matter can be resolved? I have kept the packaging and can provide the batch number and proof of purchase if required.
