Deposit ********
Oh you will not get your deposit back. You will not even get a logical explanation. Pls avoid using pace for your own peace ofmind.. it has been my worse experience in the history of renting cars- there's always a dissatisfied client at their branches

Billed for scratch - not of my doing.
Used them many times - no problems. This time, trusted them to collect the car from the panelbeater when I collected my own car. So, didnt hand the car in myself. Did not see the need. They billed off my credit card *** or so for scratches to rear right of the car. I had no incidents with the car. In fact the car was a pleasure to drive. Had Iknown that I would not be there to argue a scratch which I am completely unaware of, I would have taken it in myself. It would not have been far out of my way. I took a shortcut and they punished me for it. Trust broken. Done with them.

Great service and experience!
I use car rental often. First time to use Pace. Service was excellent and well organised. Great way to use car rental agencies that don't pay for the heavy airport rental and pass the cost onto you! Will definitely use them again.

Bad Service
Poor Service I received last month ,I was on arrears on my payments and willing to pay on the 26th of September but I had a problem with my Banking App,on the 28th Sept some1 form Pace sent an email saying I have to pay the whole amount I was about to finish working and go to the bank so that I can make a payment but in an hour later they sent some1 to fetch the car from work while I was in the Wards with patients and I couldn't answer the call,they decided to immobilizer the car and charge me R1800 extra ,please help me regarding this matter
