Funds mismanaged prolonging my review.
I am extremely disappointed at this company for what they are currently doing on my profile. Two months back I settled two different *** with my bank, shared settlement letters with the company, gave them instructions to use the funds that were supposed to be going to the closed *** to the other remaining ***, however, this is not done, instead they pay the wrong *** and now refunds are taking longer than necessary. It seems that people don't know what they are doing and it's sad because they are handling my livelihood as I am trying to get myself out of review. It's the second month now that funds go missing and it's appealing and mentally exhausting to speak to people who seem to think they know what to do but end up doing the opposite. Why would you pay more towards my bond knowing very well that those funds won't come back? Now I must be set back by a whole R5000 and I'm sure no one will take ownership and pay this as it's the company's fault. I am really unhappy with this.

Bad service
Hi I logged numerous *** called the call centre I was told I needed to wait for a turn around time 1st 10 wrking days the 3 to working days then 21 wrking days payment was done as I was charged a penalty of 1552 my debt has been paid last year May its over a yr my name has not been removed now I am unable to do anything as my name is on debt review I mus now wait for a turnaround time pay another debt counsellor to remove my name of itc and to obtain a clearance certificate wen this was suppose to be done and once again its money being wasted had I looked at the reviews 1st I was not going to even put my signature and I recommend the future clients does the same they quick to ask for funds to remove ones name it takes forever I am really disappointed in their ********* service I hope there was another way to do this I also contacted NCR and they advised i shud contact *** which I have nownits a run around 😠
