Funds mismanaged prolonging my review.

I am extremely disappointed at this company for what they are currently doing on my profile. Two months back I settled two different *** with my bank, shared settlement letters with the company, gave them instructions to use the funds that were supposed to be going to the closed *** to the other remaining ***, however, this is not done, instead they pay the wrong *** and now refunds are taking longer than necessary. It seems that people don't know what they are doing and it's sad because they are handling my livelihood as I am trying to get myself out of review. It's the second month now that funds go missing and it's appealing and mentally exhausting to speak to people who seem to think they know what to do but end up doing the opposite.

Why would you pay more towards my bond knowing very well that those funds won't come back? Now I must be set back by a whole R5000 and I'm sure no one will take ownership and pay this as it's the company's fault. I am really unhappy with this.
