Bad service

Hi I logged numerous *** called the call centre I was told I needed to wait for a turn around time 1st 10 wrking days the 3 to working days then 21 wrking days payment was done as I was charged a penalty of 1552 my debt has been paid last year May its over a yr my name has not been removed now I am unable to do anything as my name is on debt review I mus now wait for a turnaround time pay another debt counsellor to remove my name of itc and to obtain a clearance certificate wen this was suppose to be done and once again its money being wasted had I looked at the reviews 1st I was not going to even put my signature and I recommend the future clients does the same they quick to ask for funds to remove ones name it takes forever I am really disappointed in their ********* service I hope there was another way to do this I also contacted NCR and they advised i shud contact *** which I have nownits a run around 😠
