Poor service
They approved my loan, sent a debit order mandate and I accepted it, on their website it says I owe them but have not sent the money and its been 2 days now. I have been trying to call the the past two days, they hold me on the line and always hang up.

Mpowa is not the place if you need help, they don't care and never answer there phones.
I wanted to tell everybody about the worst loan campony you can try to borrow money, but as i looked at the stars, everybody allready know. Terrible that these people still exist, but hopefully not for long, you don't get hold of them, there is always just a problem when it comes to the point that they must pay out, ag people, spare you the trouble and look for a proper place that want to help a person, cause Mpowa finance is definitely not the ace to expect real help. Wish i looked at there rating before i wanted to do business with they, now i waisted alot of time. They won't be there for long anyway, not the way they are doing things now. My advice, don't waist your time, go to a proper place, just check there reviews, you will quickly know where to go. Cheers Mpowa, enjoy doing nothing at all, and see where that gets you.
