Shocking!!!!!!

2. problems!!!! 1.I Paid up my loan early, then they debited my account any way, no refund yet. 2. I app**** for another loan, but rejected the Debi check, advised them to cancel yet its showing as an active loan!!! I have been trying to call them since Wednesday, no avail call just gets cut after holding how long!!!CALL ME ***
