R300 enchiladas nightmare.
Ordered 2x rump steak enchiladas from Mochacos Hatfield. My first time ordering from them. Looked so tasty and worth R300 on Mr D but can I cant explain how disappointed I am in the quality of the food we ordered and I'll never order from them again. I then went to check thier reviews on google and I can't see how this place is still in business. Never again.

Worst experience ever
14/10/2026 @ 12h00 Mochashos Clearwater mall. What a disappointment. We greeted the lady who took our order and she didn't even greeted us back not even a smile, nothing. She was very unfriendly towards us. Our food was even a bigger disappointment. Mu husband ordered the steak Nachos and it was so dry and chewy he took 3 bites and left the rest of the food. My chicken strips were also very dry. We definitely won't be coming back to Mochashos Clearwater. I dont see them staying there for too long if this is the service they give. When we complained nothing was done about it.

Horrible Shwarma
The content of my shwama looked like "mush" almost as if everything was mixed together to create a paste like substance. Within the "mushiness" there was hardly any meat….couldn't even get past 3 bites

Mochachos Menlyn bad salty oily food
I had ordered at Mochachos Menlyn Mall in Pretoria and they gave me a hot schwarma instead of lemon and herb. The meal had a lot of salt and oil, it was very spicy. I'm allergic to spicy food and the lady who was assisting me did not listen to my request. This is very disappointing. The staff do not seem to listen, they just choose for customers. Next time I will opt for uncle fousy or anat...I regret wasting my money. The staff also demand tip from customers.

Misleading
We ordered food from the newly opened mochachos in Parkrand.The food was delicious and fresh however I'm a bit annoyed.I was charged for extra sauce on the chicken and the cashier also confirmed that he is adding an additional fee for extra sauce , however when the chicken arrived there was no extra sauce,when we returned back we were told by the cashiers that if we want extra sauce we must again pay another fee.This is against the consumer protection act as the business cannot state on the till slip that they are charging for extra sauce and then refute that and ask me to pay extra.Thats very deceptive and misleading!!!

Disappointed far
Mochachos Benoni the square. Horrible food. I ordered a burrito which came as a roti and 4 pieces of steak slices which was so hard and dry. The amount of oil It stained my roti. I paid a whole R124. 90 Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
