Mochachos Menlyn bad salty oily food

I had ordered at Mochachos Menlyn Mall in Pretoria and they gave me a hot schwarma instead of lemon and herb. The meal had a lot of salt and oil, it was very spicy. I'm allergic to spicy food and the lady who was assisting me did not listen to my request. This is very disappointing. The staff do not seem to listen, they just choose for customers. Next time I will opt for uncle fousy or anat...I regret wasting my money. The staff also demand tip from customers.
