Useless, BS, **********
If I could give ZERO or NEGATIVE stars I WOULD, their team have not helped me in any way, during a phone call I was reassured I'd get assistance once we set up a debit order, which has been in place since February and they have been debitting since. I have asked several times over the months to remove this debit order since they refuse to offer me any meaningful assistance, I have not received anything from them yet they have debitted for the past few months. I call BS, **********, and be ware!

Not proving their promise
Since the 2nd of Ocotber I have been reqeusting proof that my debit order is cancelled from there side as they confirmed it is cancelled and my file is closed but yet its still active on my account, I called Silindile and she dropped the call in my ear down.
