Useless, BS, **********

If I could give ZERO or NEGATIVE stars I WOULD, their team have not helped me in any way, during a phone call I was reassured I'd get assistance once we set up a debit order, which has been in place since February and they have been debitting since. I have asked several times over the months to remove this debit order since they refuse to offer me any meaningful assistance, I have not received anything from them yet they have debitted for the past few months. I call BS, **********, and be ware!
