worst experience ever
worst decision of my life. Took 2 small loans and made the mistake of paying them off. They took the settlement amount and went on to sell the debt to rude debt collectors called OBC who literally call to verbally abuse you. tried reporting them to the ombudsman. letsatsi is run like the mafia ..they do what they want I wonder if they are regulated even by the regulator or any of our statutory bodies. Don't take loan from them if you dont want to be listed on the bureau for years for money you have repaid in full.

I have been asking for a closure letter since November 2025 it is now July 2026 and I'm yet to get that letter. I'm so frustrated because now they are telling g me there are archived accounts which they don't have eccess to and they don't know who has access. I spoke to the call centre and then spoke to the manager at the Alberton 2 branch. Still waiting for the manager to call me back. I have not received that call back even now.

First time application
good Day, I wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received during my recent interactions concerning my private loan application. I have never felt as disappointed and disrespected as I did during my engagement with Tshepiso and, subsequently, Lebo. I have been diligently following up on my application, yet I have received very little assistance or communication. During my conversation with Tshepiso,Lebo, it appeared that she was irritated and not giving my matter the attention it deserved. I request that the call recording be reviewed, as I believe it will clearly demonstrate the poor level of customer service I experienced. I was informed that an SMS would be sent to me; however, several hours have passed and I am still waiting. To date, I have not received any communication advising me of what I qualify for or the status of my application. I find it extremely concerning that a matter as important as a loan application is being handled in this manner. The lack of communication, follow-up, and professionalism is unacceptable. As a result, I am seriously considering escalating this matter to the Ombudsman, as I believe my concerns have not been treated with the urgency and respect they deserve. I request an urgent response, an explanation regarding the delay, and confirmation of the outcome of my loan application. call recorings ***
