I have been asking for a closure letter since November 2025 it is now July 2026 and I'm yet to get that letter. I'm so frustrated because now they are telling g me there are archived accounts which they don't have eccess to and they don't know who has access. I spoke to the call centre and then spoke to the manager at the Alberton 2 branch. Still waiting for the manager to call me back. I have not received that call back even now.
