worst experience ever

worst decision of my life. Took 2 small loans and made the mistake of paying them off. They took the settlement amount and went on to sell the debt to rude debt collectors called OBC who literally call to verbally abuse you. tried reporting them to the ombudsman. letsatsi is run like the mafia ..they do what they want I wonder if they are regulated even by the regulator or any of our statutory bodies. Don't take loan from them if you dont want to be listed on the bureau for years for money you have repaid in full.
