The legal & tax services are good, but the problem is my lawyer didn't help me the way I wanted
The legal & tax services are good, but the problem is my lawyer didn't help me the way I wanted. Instead of giving me information on how we are going to proceed with this process, he chose to badmouth me to Momentum, it was as if he didn't know what I wanted. But their services are good and they respond fast.

Hi, I am having a divorce case, that is giving me stress, you gave me samkay Attorney to help me with the divorce, they don't give me any update about my divorce, I try several times to write WhatsApp messages asking the progress, they don't even coming back with to, so they don't even update me, last they said they don't get paid, I called you asking why legal and tax not paying even now I don't know what to do about this, I don't get helped but every month I am paying you for the service. I am not happy about the attorneys you gave me to help. Maybe there will be progress

Extremely Poor Service – Avoid Legal & Tax for SARS Returns
I've had one of the worst service experiences with Legal & Tax regarding my SARS tax return. I would strongly advise anyone against using them for tax submissions. My return process started on 14 July 2026, the day filing season opened. More than three months later, the submission is still not finalised. After signing a Power of Attorney so they could file on my behalf, they blocked my master access to my SARS eFiling profile. I could not see whether anything had been submitted, whether SARS requested documents, or whether my compliance status changed. I could only log in — nothing else. Despite repeated requests for access and multiple attempts to revoke the POA, they ignored my emails and only responded via phone calls, clearly to avoid leaving a written record. This has caused unnecessary delays, stress, and risk of penalties as the filing deadline approaches. I would not recommend Legal & Tax to anyone needing reliable tax assistance.

Bad service
I have been a member of legal and tax for as long as I can remember. I have been a member for more than 15 years without taking a break but the treatment I received leave me with no other option but to cancel my membership. I requested assistance to get the money I paid at the guest house but cancelled on time but was never refunded. Debit order not reversed after we were told in writing it would be given back
Promised a refund in writing, but finance department refuses to return our premium,yet they take it and cancel our policy too. Proof of everything in writing from a consultant that promised to return it.u can't say yes in writing then no the finance department doesn't want too?

Very poor service ass
I would not advise or recommend anyone to legal tax, you will be just waisting your money on paying monthly premium and hoping one day when you need them they will assist you with pride, but with my experience i was informed that Julia is no longer with them and its been months I was suppose to call them for follow up and they would have told me and move my matter to someone and right after i was advise to hold and suddenly the phone was dropped right in my ear..... Please South Africans dont bother waste your money hoping that one day they will help you...
