Debit order not reversed after we were told in writing it would be given back
Promised a refund in writing, but finance department refuses to return our premium,yet they take it and cancel our policy too. Proof of everything in writing from a consultant that promised to return it.u can't say yes in writing then no the finance department doesn't want too?
