No Refund After Function – R14,850 Withheld, No Response
We had a function on 16/04/2026 and paid a deposit of R14,850.00. To date, we have still not received our refund despite numerous calls and emails. Every time we follow up, we are told that refunds are handled by the owner, CJ. However, CJ does not respond to emails, and staff refuse to transfer calls to him or provide his contact details. This level of service and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. It feels like we are being ignored and given the runaround while our money is being withheld. We request immediate payment of our refund and proper communication. I would strongly caution others when dealing with this business

Awesome and an amazing service
I called Ketelkraal and spoke to a lady named Simone, who was very helpful. She we was knowledgeable about what I needed and arranged for me to come and fetch it from their shop in Centurion. When I got there, she greeted me with a big smile. My order was ready and I paid for it then left. She called me that afternoon to check if I was happy with my purchase. What a service Simone. Keep it up.

I would like to say thank Albert, Drienie and Simone for their services. I ordered some of the popular cream liquers. Albert told me in the loopdop shop why not get my husband a drom with a bottle. What a bargin. I was told that Simoone is the mastermind behind the creations of these amazing shooters. Drienie thank you for being kind and assisting me with the creams.
