No Refund After Function – R14,850 Withheld, No Response

We had a function on 16/04/2026 and paid a deposit of R14,850.00. To date, we have still not received our refund despite numerous calls and emails.

Every time we follow up, we are told that refunds are handled by the owner, CJ. However, CJ does not respond to emails, and staff refuse to transfer calls to him or provide his contact details.

This level of service and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. It feels like we are being ignored and given the runaround while our money is being withheld.

We request immediate payment of our refund and proper communication. I would strongly caution others when dealing with this business
