Absolute **** and rip-off!
I placed and paid for an order on the 8th July and was told that I would be contacted with shipping information. On the 25th August I sent an enquiry and was notified days later that it was part of a problem dispatch and that they would refund me in full. Stating that it could take up to 10 days to process the payment. To date, 11th September 2026 I have not received my refund and am being ignored when queries are sent to Marte Van Zyl at helpdes***atrinacosmetics.co.za

****!!!! Katrina cosmetics
I ordered foundation and paid for it on 12 July 2026 (order no #JIG1K85DX) I have not received my order and have requested updates on my order 4 times to date (6/9/2026) Have had no response at all to any of my requests for feedback. This seems to be a ****!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, they take your money and never send the order or even respond to E-mails or the requests made directly on their site. It is disgraceful that these people are getting away with this.

UPDATE: I have finally received the items I ordered from Katrina Cosmetics. While I am relieved that my order did eventually arrive, I still feel that others should be cautious when ordering. My order was placed on 8 August, and during the time I was waiting, I sent two follow-up emails requesting an update. Unfortunately, neither of those emails was answered. The lack of communication was very frustrating and left me uncertain as to whether I would receive my order at all. I can confirm that I did eventually receive everything I ordered, but based on my experience, I would still advise customers to be cautious and to be prepared for possible delays and limited communication. I believe that better communication and responding to customer enquiries would make a big difference to the overall customer experience.

UPDATE: I have finally received the items I ordered from Katrina Cosmetics. While I am relieved that my order did eventually arrive, I still feel that others should be cautious when ordering. My order was placed on 8 August, and during the time I was waiting, I sent two follow-up emails requesting an update. Unfortunately, neither of those emails was answered. The lack of communication was very frustrating and left me uncertain as to whether I would receive my order at all. I can confirm that I did eventually receive everything I ordered, but based on my experience, I would still advise customers to be cautious and to be prepared for possible delays and limited communication. I believe that better communication and responding to customer enquiries would make a big difference to the overall customer experience.

Shocking service - in fact no service!
No service whatsoever! I purchased the foundation online (supporting SA) on 15 August and have had no comms regarding delivery. When I emailed them regarding this, there was no response. Very disappointing, to say the least.

Katrina Cosmetics
I would like to share my experience with Katrina Cosmetics as a warning to others who may be considering placing an order. I placed my order on 8 August 2026 and received an email on 18 August 2026 stating that my order was on its way. To date, I still have not received my order. I have also sent two follow-up emails requesting an update regarding my order and expected delivery date, but unfortunately, neither of my emails has been answered. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that I am still waiting for an order that was placed nearly three weeks ago. Based on my experience so far, I would advise others to be cautious when placing an order with Katrina Cosmetics. I would still appreciate it if Katrina Cosmetics could respond to my emails and provide me with an update on Order 1752 and when I can expect to receive the goods I paid for.

The courier confirmed the package was returned to sender, yet Marte Van Zyl from Katrina Cosmetics refuses to answer my emails or issue a refund. Taking people’s money and ignoring them without delivering goods is pure ****ming. They have zero customer service and zero accountability. Save your money and avoid Katrina Cosmetics at all costs!
