Katrina Cosmetics

I would like to share my experience with Katrina Cosmetics as a warning to others who may be considering placing an order.

I placed my order on 8 August 2026 and received an email on 18 August 2026 stating that my order was on its way. To date, I still have not received my order.

I have also sent two follow-up emails requesting an update regarding my order and expected delivery date, but unfortunately, neither of my emails has been answered.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that I am still waiting for an order that was placed nearly three weeks ago.

Based on my experience so far, I would advise others to be cautious when placing an order with Katrina Cosmetics.

I would still appreciate it if Katrina Cosmetics could respond to my emails and provide me with an update on Order 1752 and when I can expect to receive the goods I paid for.
