Order received 03 September 2026

UPDATE:

I have finally received the items I ordered from Katrina Cosmetics.

While I am relieved that my order did eventually arrive, I still feel that others should be cautious when ordering.

My order was placed on 8 August, and during the time I was waiting, I sent two follow-up emails requesting an update. Unfortunately, neither of those emails was answered. The lack of communication was very frustrating and left me uncertain as to whether I would receive my order at all.

I can confirm that I did eventually receive everything I ordered, but based on my experience, I would still advise customers to be cautious and to be prepared for possible delays and limited communication.

I believe that better communication and responding to customer enquiries would make a big difference to the overall customer experience.
