DO NOT BUY from Katrina Cosmetics!

I am writing this review to warn everyone about Katrina Cosmetics (operating on Facebook). I placed an order (#1677) for R1,200, but I never received my items. The courier confirmed the package was returned to sender, yet Marte Van Zyl from Katrina Cosmetics refuses to answer my emails or issue a refund. Taking people’s money and ignoring them without delivering goods is pure ****ming. They have zero customer service and zero accountability. Save your money and avoid Katrina Cosmetics at all costs!
