Worst broker in the world
This broker is the worst ever In the world. They are ********s when you deposit money it does not reflect and it ruins your trades. When you are losing the deposits go through they are rigging the market and they need to be investigated and shut down. I will never recommend anyone to use their services no matter if you give them a chance you will always lose good opportunities because they don't want you to be profitable. It's a shame they are regarded as a good broker in South Africa.

Worst broker in the world
This broker is the worst ever In the world. They are ********s when you deposit money it does not reflect and it ruins your trades. Jp markets refuses to help with deposit issues
Traders Traders Traders, listen up do not deposit your hard earned capital into this broker they are very cunning as is my experience so on Saturday i made a deposit whilst being interested in the 3x bonus account did the deposit cash is out of my bank account then the deposit did not show up in my wallet as per usual contacted support sent them the bank statements and they said the issue is resolved but alas still the same problem today i contacted them once again where they said they can't help me with the issue through bank statements i need to provide a proof of payment witch is very stupid because the payment method ozwow doesn't provide you with one now i am in a situation where a broker refuses to help and get this issue sorted out Do not use them at all !!!!!!!!!!!

Deposits Not reflecting in Wallet
Since Jan2026 some of my deposits do not reflect in my wallet, they remain " Under Review". Some of these I have received the funds after reporting it here and some I haven't. This week its 2 deposits of R500 each. If i forget to log this ticket with them. They will not even try to assist. And sometimes you log and they take over 3 days to resolve it. Their system does not change the status from " Under Review" to Approved after they have resolved the issue. so this makes it impossible to know which deposit has been release. This week, 05may R500 and 6th May R500, ticket was initially closed without this been resolved. I am not happy at all

Poor customer support
I’ve made a call and spoke to Alphonzo and the line cut off yet there is no agent that has contacted me back. I don’t get service from your WhatsApp channel either?! This beyond poor service and the fact that you have a technical issue with your system and you failed to inform us as your clients speak volumes on the level of customer care there is within your organisation. I need my funds reflecting in my wallet as soon as possible please
