Jp markets refuses to help with deposit issues

Traders Traders Traders, listen up do not deposit your hard earned capital into this broker they are very cunning as is my experience so on Saturday i made a deposit whilst being interested in the 3x bonus account did the deposit cash is out of my bank account then the deposit did not show up in my wallet as per usual contacted support sent them the bank statements and they said the issue is resolved but alas still the same problem today i contacted them once again where they said they can't help me with the issue through bank statements i need to provide a proof of payment witch is very stupid because the payment method ozwow doesn't provide you with one now i am in a situation where a broker refuses to help and get this issue sorted out Do not use them at all !!!!!!!!!!!
