Since August 2025 and I have not received my refund for a couch that was never delivered. I have resorted to the small claims court. It also seems like they have deactivated their number and changed addresses after ****ming people out of their money. ****** ****** of note

False advertising versus final actual product
On 2 May 2025, I placed an order for a customized couch with Innofurn. Before paying my deposit, I had a feeling to double-check whether they had captured my order details correctly, especially the measurements — which I did. Unfortunately, the final product was a complete disappointment. The measurements were incorrect, the couch looked very cheap for the price I was charged, and it was nothing like the one I had selected from their catalogue. The workmanship was extremely poor. They attempted to fix the couch three different times, which they believed was acceptable, but to me, it no longer felt like a new couch — it had essentially become second-hand. When I requested a refund, I was given an ultimatum: if I did not pay the remaining balance, I would forfeit my deposit. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the product images in their catalogue were misleading and appeared to be generated using AI, which amounts to false advertising. This misrepresentation led me to believe I was purchasing a high-quality product, when in reality, what I received was completely different from what was advertised.

Money gone, no delivery
I placed my order 2 months ago.They take your money and go ghost. You have to pester them for an update on your order and they are very rude. They also refuse to refund clients. I have resorted to legal action to claim my money

Worst Shop Ever
Worst Shop Ever! I made an order on the 17 of July 2025, and until this day (21 October 2025) I haven’t received the couch. On the first delivery attempt they sent a couch that i did not order and they did not even care. They told me to wait for 5 days as there was a mix up with the orders, but its a month later, after I have waited for 2 full months and the couch is still not delivered while i paid for it and they do not wanna refund, saying that I should be patient when Ive already been waiting for a three seater couch for 3 months. They have a horrible service and they do not communicate at all! and I actually believe that they’re a **** They deserve a zero rating

Payment in full and no delivery
Zero stars would suit them better. No service or communication from their side after paying in full. Trying to get information on your order is a tedious task as they keep on brushing off requests. They’re happy to take your money, but when it comes to actually delivering a product, they’re no where to be found. Stay as far away as possible and rather pay more to buy from a reputable supplier. Oh and Innofurn, feel free to reply to my review. I’m eagerly seeking resolution.
