Worst Shop Ever!

I made an order on the 17 of July 2025, and until this day (21 October 2025) I haven’t received the couch. On the first delivery attempt they sent a couch that i did not order and they did not even care. They told me to wait for 5 days as there was a mix up with the orders, but its a month later, after I have waited for 2 full months and the couch is still not delivered while i paid for it and they do not wanna refund, saying that I should be patient when Ive already been waiting for a three seater couch for 3 months. They have a horrible service and they do not communicate at all! and I actually believe that they’re a ****
