Cancel Help me sa. This company works like rogues.
Bunch of rogues. App doesn't work. Buttons on the app are permanently greyed out even thou you pay for those services. Useless bunch of kuntz. CANCEL ALL YOUR POLICIES WITH THESE A HOLES. THEY JUS ***** YOUR MONEY AND RENDER NOTHING .

Poor customer care
I am not happy with the way i was treated by help me service. I have been a member paying my premiums for over 2 years just because i havent paid this month they refused to help me tow my car , suggested a quote due non payment for the 19 days not even a month Their consultant by the name of Puleng , she did not even have my policy details she needed to call client care to verify my details before any assistance which took 20 minutes and i had to leave my car unattended because apparently i had to pay for my towing 😪it is not the first time they failed me last year sometime i needed a guard .the guard did not arrive and i had to find the nearest service provider near me to tow the car because they could not find one . It took me 30 minutes calling different service providers which is not my job to look for service providers which they are supposed to provide. I failed to understand why i need to pay cash if you can still double debit my account next month .
